The Association of Copyright Holders of Moldova (MORA) is a legal entity under private law, with non-profit purposes, established under Law no. 86 of 11-06-2020 regarding non-commercial organizations.
MORA represents, promotes, develops and protects the patrimonial and moral interests of its members, having as main objective the collection and distribution, on the principle of equity, of the remunerations that come from the copyrights and related rights.
The purpose of MORA is to promote, represent and protect the interests of its members, as well as to exercise, in accordance with the law, the collective management of copyright based on the mandate given by the holders of these rights or based on contracts with their representatives.
The main activity of MORA is the collection and equitable distribution of the remunerations from the copyright.
We advocate for the authors to benefit from a correct evaluation of their activity.
